RAcast or RAcaseal?

you dont know me but ive been lurking the boards for quite sometime and i have a lvl.51 HUmar but i wanted to start a ranger.which do you think i should chose ?

Well, as a RAcaseal, I can tell you the big (and only) real difference between the two.

RAcaseal is much more accurate, especially earlier in the game. RAcast is much more powerful... throughout your career. RAcaseal's great for grouping with higher level parties and levelling like a fiend, as you almost always hit... this is especially useful with a shotgun. Later on, however, RAcasts' firepower tends to be much more alluring. I know I wish I had it righ now.

Beyond that, most of the differences seem to be cosmetic.
