I Just wanted to know how to get the Double saber, I know what enemey has It But I keep fighting the Sun of a Bitch but He want Drop it. I understand that their is a certain % that the enemey will drop it but I wanted to know if any one knew what it was.

From what i gather there is no set % on finding it, but its all randomised so it can be a day to find or a year, there's no way to really tell
Well theres no sure way to get an enemy to drop his rare. You just have to kill him enough times and eventually you will get one. As for the persents, they are random, but are based on a patern. The first weapon dropped in an area determines how high the other weapons %'s can be. Check out this guide for more info.
