XBox: need this mag!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok i dont think this mag is rare but it the only 1 i dont have. i need the dreamcast mag (or one of the other mag like it) with 5/0/195/0 or something close but it cant have any power. or any other mag with alot of dex and NO power.

i have alot of stuff i know i have about every armor/shields in the game all i dont have is some of the works shields and alot of weps and and alot of mag and all lv 30s and all lv 20 techz!

i believe it's possible to make a non rare 194 dex mag, but it would depend on section ID/class
