simple question

I have never used a Shifter of barta or anything related to that, and for some reason i do not know how to equip it to my guy. If anyone knows how i will be very greatful.

i think he does mean ampli, well if u does, it is, well i use it ( so if there's another use of this i wont get blamed ) to combine thing.

Domon25, if you mean you have an amplifier of barta, then you would need to combine it with a blue barrier (while its equipped) to form a Barta merge which gives you a 30% bonus to Barta.
