Why do dupers ruin legit games?

sometimes i just hate the mods, they catch me if i just mess up barely, but this guy spams some crap and doesnt get a warning

well when sarah helped me be legit again i had an interesting thought... what happened to all the challenge? you know? i mean the main challenge was to find weapons trade and have fun geting weapons for you. i mean you find a rare for a fo you dont have a fo so you turn around and trade with uh..lets say psogamer45 has a hu weapon so you trade.. but now its like everyone has everything..wheres the exitment of finduing a weapon wheres the fun of trading you know? that one of the main reasons i quit bein a person with dupes. i wanted to have fun not to kill everthin in one hit...hell even get to make your own mag..

here this is from an assholes point of veiw i've been around so many lately that im starten to get there vibes lol heres quote:
i try to make legits get mad because they are weaker and well...legit was along time ago dupes are now they need to get with the progam and start hackin.. i mean listen its a whole new game now hackers came in and ruined it and you have to get with the program or be left in the dust
