Phantasy Star Online Network Trial Edition help needed

OK,here's the scoop:
I'm a oldbie when it comes to PSO,but I don't have the money to take my GCN online. So I downloaded the PSO Network Trial edition to play online for free (for a time). But when ever I go to join a server, I get this reply:
CANNOT CONNECT TO SERVER
PLEASE VERIFY YOUR ISP SETTINGS AND TRY AGAIN
GAME TERMINATED
I have a Time Warner cable connection,so i'm always online. If someone could help me out,that'd be great.

as its the network trial edition for the P.C ( forest level only, no saves)its posible that the servers have been taken down, as the full version is now available, and that will be taken offline soon.
ep1&2 should be available on P.C sometime next year.
