I'd do it my self but I only have Paint Shop Pro.

Are you enlarging this from a smaller, non-blurry sprite? All you need to do to make it not blurry is, on the resize dialog, there's an option for the type of re-sizing... It's probably on 'smart size', as that's the default. Switch it to 'pixel resize' and it will enlarge without blur. If you don't have an un-blurry version, then you would probably be best off looking for the proper colours, taking a square hard brush the size of the 'pixels' in the sprite, and laying it down square by square, then erasing any blurriness around the edges with a hard square eraser.

Yes, for no experience, no actual photo-editing works (I used my Paint Shop Pro, 20 days over the trail day limit), and just for fun, it's not bad...

This was a real fun thing to do to just pass some time!
