What difficualty?
You can get that weapon on all difficulties!
first off, what level are you? If you're above level, eh, 50 (force), 40 (ranger), or 30 (hunter), it's pretty useless, anyway. And plus, you have 3 more chances to get it in Hard mode, Very Hard, and Ultimate
although soul eater is a beatings low-level weapon, dont worry about it, go fo it in hard/vhard/ult it even comes with more %s

Vhard? im not sure, its been awile... just make sure you're level 50+ for fighting him. unless you're a force with grants level 10+ then you can just grants the holy hell out of him

I only got the Soul Eater on normal though, but would like to know if it does come with different %s on it in higher difficulties.
