Hacks ST banning?? confirmation??

In the general forum a post just popped up from a guy saying he was banned by ST for 24 hrs for having hacked items.. can anyone confirm this??

Just pulled out my red ring and a ton of dupes online and have been playing for quite awhile. No ban 4 me
