second: how common do you stumble over meseta in the game? i mean, enough to waste it into gambles and lobby music? or is it quite rare?

You pay in advance, then you get what you get. There are three levels of cards to buy.50, 100, and 150 meseta. (at least for me).

Meseta, as far as I can tell, is only obtained in tournies.
