I lost all 3 of my characters on level 125/134/79 I have them in my memory card how can I get them in my hard drive I had to make a new account and tag or did i just lose of of my hard work

the xbox one
They should be on the Xbox still. I'm not sure if it saves it per Gamertag or whatnot.
Anyway, what I understand right now is that you either got corrupted, or you used a memory card to move your characters to another Xbox.
If you've got a corrupted save and you said "Yes" to recreate, they're all gone.
If they're on a memory card, then you've got to put them back on the Xbox hard drive by porting them back. (Should be an option in multimode)
There is nothing but create new character
not even a picture of character
Okay, from your Xbox dashboard:
Go to the memory card. View what saves are on it. Is there a save with PSO on the memory card? Not hard drive.

Okay, so, reviewing, you have:
- Nothing on your hard drive
- A PSO Save on your Memory Card
Well, problem. If you have nothing on your Hard Drive that says that your characters came from it, eg. the 'shell' of your characters or no image of them, something went bad. Did you delete the save off the hard disc?
Well, there is a good thing to this. You can restart and have all your previous rares, if you put all your characters on the memory card. Play multimode with your old characters and transfer.
