can't use Moon atomizers?

OK this is strange? I play as a ranger and have NEVER been able to revive anyone? I try again and again, but nope it does not work am I doing something wrong or what!!! drivin me nuts? anyone ever heard of this????????

When using them stand close to the person, and it should lock onto the corpse and show their name and color at the bottom left of the screen. If you don't see this you're not locked onto them and that's the problem.
