My Mag is nearing lvl 100 at this point, and I've strongly concentrated it on DEX. However, even though I constantly feed my mag (Antidotes are its favorite DEX food), my IQ drops so quickly that it's now stuck at 0. What can I do to correct this problem? Concentrate on another stat like POW? Please help!

As a RAcaseal, you should definitely concentrate on building up power. You have the highest ATA to begin with, and it will max out sooner than any other class. So having a high DEX MAG will be somewhat useless later on. Also, don't waste a single level on MIND sinces you can't use it, unless you're planning to transfer it to another character who can use it.
Personally, my RAcast's MIND is 16. This is because I use Star Atomizers and nothing but. These rasie every stat little by little on most MAGs, including IQ and SYNC. Try them.
