Yuji Naka (PSO Creator) Said in an interview with nintendo power that for right now its gamecube exclusive. Why? Becuase not many people bought and Episode 1&2 on Xbox. In Japan, Xbox is the least popular and so what makes you think Ep3 is comming out on Xbox anytime soon? Remember the hackers 2 days after EP 2s release there were people picking up Easter Eggs offline!
EpIII may or maynot come out on Xbox, no one knows yet. Right now its set at "no" but it could change
