Okay i've seen in the database that 2 monsters Del Lily and Epsilon exist...However,i've never seen one in my life so question:Where on Earth do they appear???

Not [i]where on Earth, but rather, where on Ragol[i]. They're in the Control Tower, along with the Ill Gill. You won't see them at all, unless you've got PSO+ from Japan or online access.
control tower, online quests only
They are only seen online in the east and west tower quests.. so if your only offline you don't have the ability to see them.. When pso 1&2 plus comes out you can buy that. This version of pso will have the east and west towers available offline for users..
