yeah, shouldn't 100% on a hit stat raise a small flag of alarm? Let alone Dark Flow, which doesn't exist seeing that little detail of olga flow dna's 0% drop chance.

also, heart of poumn might not be a dupe, he could have found it himeself and added percentages, i found a heart of poumn and i could add those percentages my self as well.

To 100/100/100/0/0? Do you know how many PDs you need to get those stats? If you use illegit PDs or PSes on a legit item, that would make it illegit.

yeah, it takes 340 photon drops per 100% stat. If I had found and spent 1020 photon drops to give a weapon three 100% stats, I don't care if it's a Varista I'm keeping it.
