This is all very fun and all, but unless some kind of real discussion happens really soon, this thread will be moved.

CP begins to look at Hikosaka with a confused look on his face. "Wait, I thought we were talking about fan stuff..." Hikara then taps on CP's shoulder, and he glances over to him. "What do you want, you cheesecake thief?"
"Mr rubbish hasn't had a chance to get everything ready, so technically, we're not doing anything constructive," Hikara explained.
"Huh. So, you're telling me that my entire existance on this board is meaningless?"
"Yeah, pretty much."
"Hey! You're not supposed to say that!! You're suppose to comfort me!!!" CP exploaded, keeping back the tears. Hikara casts a sideways glance at Hikosaka. He then whispers to CP.
"She's a MOD..." CP glances at Hikosaka and notices the large "MOD" badge on Hikosaka and nods.
"Ahhhhh, I see." Hikara then steps away from his friend and walks up to Hikosaka, a smile on his face.
"Hikosaka, I'm actually attempting to get Rubbish to answer my suggestion about the picking of teams right now, so we're just passing the time while we wait for an answer. And if you want, I'm sure he'd be glad to let you into the writer's pool!" Hikara then put on a cheesy smile and walked back to CP.
"Yeah, what he said," CP responded, before quickly pulling out a piece of cheesecake. "Don't EVEN think about it, Hikara!"

I think we should also enact what was mentioned before. Captains selecting writers before hand.
And therefore I forgot: how many writers per team?... How does 6 sound?

SOunds good to me, but i'm insane so we'll want to wait for others to respond.
There's 25 people minus captains= 23(I can count! Yeah!).
I was wondering if we could mix some things, like the inter character idea with...

11 people on each team, and one person will just be a 'second-string' for any holes in the lineups?

I'm sure of mentioned this before but here goes:
Firstly, I think it would be unfair to exclude anyone from a team, so when the teams do get picked everyone will be on one team or another.
RotM had 15 writers so 11-12 per team should be fine. Also remember that some of the writers are not nearly as active as the others so there should be no worries about being swamped with posts.
I'll arrange the team picking with KodiaX to start sometime late on sunday or monday afternoon (I have stuff to do and so can't devote all my time to it).
Wednesday afternoon we take the winning plot and work out the details.
