Well, you may not understand how PSOexplorer works. Basically, these guys grab your money order, deposit it into their account, and use it to buy a Hunters License for the serial and key you gave them, with their own Credit Card. Sega doesn't care who buys it, as long as it's bought, as is the same with most Online game providers.
People dont need that type of information. most people already know abot it and some dont but can easly find out.
