hmmm, im sorry but im confused by the uploading process. do you need a PC, or can you do this via the Gamecube like in the old DC days?

this step confused me:

6. Save and connect to the internet 6. Enter E-mail addy (and change the subject if you want)

After putting the information into your gamecube connect to the internet(the pso website) with your gamecube and it will connect you to the proxy you entered. Here you can upload your pictures.(still didnt get mine)
