Funny NPC Got His Script Changed

Im sure to those people who have played the DC//PC versions of PSO will remember this hilarious NPC from the quest Garon's Treachery.

However in GC PSO as Vulpes has noted to me that his script got changed to something else.

Found it while going through my screenshot folder..

P.S. Don't ask about my weapons and mag and being able to see them in Pioneer 2.

Thatll be the old Dreamcast Version of PSO, it wasnt a hack, or a cheat, that bit of script was actualy in there, it was an online quest.

Actually, Nites is using the old PC version (more or less the same as DC ver.2). You can tell by the font, which is the basic Windows Arial font. And the ability to see weapons and MAGs on Pioneer 2 (and in the lobby, for that matter) were a matter of hex edits (it worked on both the DC and PC versions). It was pretty common back then and completely harmless. Just don't ask how to do it or you're liable to get banned from PSOW.

Back on subject: yes, that was really what the guard said on ver.2.
