whats the best place to pipe for rare monsters ?

i play both eps plenty i have a humar it has skyly & a ramar that has yellowboze and i was thinking of piping for whatever i can get for these ids i wanted to know what lvs are good to pipe for rare monsters

In my humble opinion, I find that when you want to pipe for a rare monster, do it in the offline quests that you get [as opposed to just doing a straight run through. For example if you're looking for a Pal Rappy then do the Fake in Yellow quest as there are masses of Rappies in that and hense your chances are far greater... Hope that helped
