Can somebody help me make a Nidra?

I need to make a Nidra with maxed stats for my Redria fomar, I've tried mag feeder but it can't help me at all. If I need to make a new character I can.
I have a level 10 varuna with 5 def 5 pow but I also have new ones if I need to start over. I need it's final stats to be 5 def 125 pow 50 dex and 20 mind. At level 100 it needs to be 5 def 45 pow and the mind and pow need to be equal to 50. If anybody can help me that would be great. thanks in advance.

crap, I got here too late. I just realized that there is one guide that helps me. I saw that before but for some reason thought it was built wrong compared to what I needed. Thanks anyways!
