I am not sure what you want to know.. but I think you are in the ruins... But i think this is not what you are asking for..
I know where you are but i can't take pics so...
the first few are in ruins... at the water fall are.. (i think there is only one) and the last one is at forest one...

the first 6 are in the ruins (dark) at the waterfall at ruins lv 1, and the last one is at forest one (native), i think its right pass that laser fence at the beginning of the map...
It doesn't matter what place you are... all you need is a wall and 2 people. The second person is the one who takes the closeup picture. You can't see them in those pictures because the other person's body is covering them.
EDIT: Look at the radar to confirm this.

yeah its true i notice that too... but i think Rei is asking for where are those people locater in the game...
The "secret area" in the ruins and somewhere in the forest.
