But seriously, those shots at the US made me angry, not anrgy enough to flame and get a warning, but still angry.

The sad thing is, the rules are explicit that no one should be making any remarks about nationalities and all that, and we still have to babysit everyone.
In the end, who the hell cares about who says what about the US? Does what they say really change anything? Not in the slightest, so why get your testicles in a not over it? Not like the US is a stranger to criticisms from each end of the spectrum, from constructive to downright ignorant.

Yea stop looking at the US as the stereotypical "You People". It wasn't all of "us people" who chose that plan of action.
It wasn't even a statement meant towards US citizens, it's meant to people in general. Stop getting pissy about what some anonymous person says on the internet, it is insignificant and has no effect on anything, other than to bother those who feed into it.
The reason behind the rule of treating everyone fairly based on nationality stands, but remarks are going to be made regardless, just like many of our US posters have made ignorant remarks about other countries(Canadian jokes were "in" a while back, anyone?).
In the end, everyone just needs a good dose of growing up. Welcome to the world, where everyone doesn't get along, but you get to use abit of tact and shrug off the majority of it, or you can get pissy about every comment ever made by anyone.
