Im able to connect to the server but a screen pops up with a spinning logo and then a box pops up showing a server may be down error. Im using prodigy to connect, could this be a problem?

Has anyone been able to get on at all tonight in the last few hours, the more and more I think about it, it's probably my ISP or something?
