Mechguns.

Remember in DC PSO they sounded wrong to other online players? You would only hear 5 sporadic shots fired, instead of 9.

Can someone on the Trial try this out please! I hated knowing my 9200s sounded all crap n that.

Defend, that only happens when you play on a foreign ship where there is more lag for you.

I noticed this when I was battling against Japanese players. They were shooting with mechguns and I saw like a 9 in 1 bullet hit me, I died instantly. I later tried battling on a EU ship and it was lag free. That mechgun thing isn't a glitch...it's just lag =

You're too picky. Plus, it's not lag. The guns fire that way to other players online by design.

You talk about BA.. yeh 9 bullets hitting you at once, common stuff. We use mechs in BA cos of that hehe.

What I want to know is do you hear other people fire 9 bullets, or say 5.
Just in a normal game, on whatever server. Please try this out someone.

I'm not talking about BA. When I say it fires that way to other players, I don't mean striking them down. I mean what they see or hear when you fire your mechgun.

Because, in reality, does it really matter? Just as long as all of your hits are calculated and register as damage to the monster, who cares if your partner only sees 5 of 9 bullets you've shot, right?

Hey I'll still buy the game of course, but its one little irritation where I'd like to find out its fixed. Cos them 9200Ms were my staple weapon, and knowing they sounded so fine to me, and so pop.. pop, pop... popop to everyone else would really ruin the whol RAcast image. They were the best weapon for oozing RAcast style.. so if they actually went bangbangbang, bangbangbang, bangbangbang when you're struttin' your RAcast arse around.. people would go "Woo go RAcast" hehe. That's why its important to me!

Does it matter how picky I am? Can someone quickly check next time they're on please?
