Can you change you're section ID?

Can you change your section ID somehow ingame? just want to know if it can be done.

I see that you play GC PSO, and you can't legitimately change your section ID on GC.

Hmm... the Blue Burst game has a totally different Section ID system...

GC is the same as DreamCasts
