Where does everyone play in the PSOBB chinese beta?

Hello PSOW. I've been playing PSO since the Dreamcast days. However I've never played online before. When I play multi-player It's usually just me and a few friends who like the pso series. This website has helped me out on several occasions with info on mags, Section ID descriptions...etc etc. I would just like to thank all of you for helping me out over the years, and keeping up the best PSO website on the net.

I recently read about the new PSOBB and also about how there is a Chinese beta. I figured it's about time I join all of you and actually try PSO online. I don't know a damn word in chinese and I would love to try out this game with some english speaking players. I read there is an official PSOW server/ship, but I've read people saying they were on this server and that server... never really the same place. So where do the majority of you play?

Also. I'm currently downloading the client. Thank you Dark_Heal_v2 for that nice guide on how to download it and get an account. But are there any other places hosting the client? I have 42 hours left on the download and it constantly freezes and goes at about 3kbps

I don't know if these will be fast but they'll work. Currently the few of us play on the 5th server, 5th ship, 5 block. If you see a game called PSOW, join it, the pass is the same as game name.

I'm having some issues figuring those links out. I made a screen of both the links you sent me and I cant find the file.

I really hope you can help me because everytime I try it off psobb.com.cn It closes on me at about 10% or so. Any help would be greatly appreciated =/

From the image of the 2nd link, you went to http://down.92wy.com/ and not http://down.92wy.com/soft/5427.asp



For the first link I got a pretty much different look (maybe you were using BT?) but it seems that the link is correct since the file size was around 440MB. Since your computer can't display chinese, try clicking on each of the buttons to see which let's you download it.

And to answer your other topic, I got mine through Flashget too, even if it disconnects, the downloading can be resumed at a later time.

Every time I click that download button it sends me to the main page for some reason -_- I've tried using flashget and I cant get the damn thing to work. I'm so frustrated right now, I'm not giving up until I somehow get this. Do you know of any other sites that host it?

A small correction to what Dark said... the password to all PSO-World games is "PSOW", which is not always the same as the game name (as there are sometimes PSOW1, 2, etc.). Hope to see you guys on there once you get the downloading sorted out!
