its a 1/201 drop kiddo, dont expect it off the bat...
It wasn't off the bat, those were my 312th ones. but thats the first time i ever seen five at once
and also, your psycho wand is off a gibbles not a Mil, Mil is for my FOnewearl, Nino *PURPLENUM*
to me the MOST ANNOYING thing is getting killed by a RARE enermy
i got killed today by four rappies hitting me all at the same time with critial hit

are you sure you dont use a hacked (mag lvl>200), because of 300 somethings mils should have been droped at least 1 pwand, i got mine at the #73, and i wont hunt for one of those ever again
thats unless you run into a mil and it drops it
