Version 1 quest can be got at booyaka.com, just sign up for an account and get your password by e-mail. You can't download Version 2 quest, since the quest can only be played from the game they were downloaded from, the game checks serial keys when downloading the file(s).

Just v1. You have to dl v2 quests off of the server as you get to the select ship screen. v2 checks for the Dreamcast or the PSO v2 s/n encoded into the quest download.
