Go to status and check online scores
In order to get s-rank your total time must be below 7 hours for episdoe1 and under 5 hours for episode2
hm no, there is no total until you cleared all the stages.
however, you could always write a little excel or tablecalc sheet. also a great tool to keep an overview about all your chars' cmode times.

I have just such a chart that I've created to keep track of my challenge mode times. Quite helpful when you're trying to remember which one of your characters needs which challenge stage.
