How do you get to ultimate offline with friends?!?

How do you get to ultimate on offline multiplayer im dying Cuz im lvl 93 and my bud is lvl 70 and we have both wooped ultimate forest (not that that matters) please help!!!

Multiplayer or online requires lv80 or more for all players.

All players must be level 80.

1-19 = Normal Mode only.
20-39 = Normal and Hard Modes only.
40-79 = Normal - Very Hard Modes only.
80+ = All Modes are open for play.

ALL of the characters (wanting to play Offline Ult) must be level 80 or above to access Ultimate Offline Multiplayer.

also, if you intend go elsewhere besides forest or temple:
the leader of the group, aka player 1, must have opened the other areas in single offline mode first
