This may have been posted already, but I can't find it so here goes.
I have blue burst, but the keyboard won't work, so I can't enter in my User ID and Password. Any ideas? This is the US version I am talking about.

Control Panel > Regional and Language Options
Click the Languages Tab and uncheck all boxes.
Skorpius should put that response in a text file for quick cut and pasting purposes.
