Any way to get rid of a stalker?

Hiya,
I made the mistake of trading guild cards with a questionable player in beta (PSO:BB), and i've decided to not be his friend (he uses racial slurs quite often, among other things, and I didn't know that beforehand).

He still sends me mail asking what's wrong, if we can meet, telling me that he's sitting in the lobby waiting for me, etc.

Is there any way to prevent this? I deleted his guild card, but that didn't seem to do anything. This is ruining my gaming experience, if it can't be fixed I may even quit PSO completely.

You can always try blocking mail that s/he sends you

Chat -> Guild Card -> Block Sender -> Add to the List -> Add from Mail

Right. You also have the option of just no longer playing. It's harsh, but sometimes it needs to be done.

Actually if you block him in any way he can no longer search you or mail you. Still the small chance he can stumble on to your location though.

You can
A. Find him in a lobby and do "Block online player"
B. Block from Guild card
C. Block from Simple Mail

2: block him, erase your char and start anew
1: create a new HL account and start anew

I went and logged in (and of course, he had sent me mail) and blocked him (from the simple mail option). Does that mean he won't be able to mail me or find me?

Yes, blocking someone means they won't be able to search/find you and you won't receive their mails.
