PSU and ROBOTS?

Ok yeah, I had no idea where I was supposed to put this so I put it here.
In the upcoming game Phantasy Star Universe, can you create android characters in the online spot. I couldn't see anything about that and I really don't have the time to look. So could anyone that knows tell me?

I didn't see any in the trailer but I saw the part where they're like, yeah androids! And that's good enough for me. Thanks.
