Magical Piece is not available yet.

As for Rika's Claw -- easiest on Whitill -- I doubt that many people play Seabed (or Episode II, actually).

I've been hunting in Seabeds, but it's hell a hard. I've killed a few Delbiters, but no claw yet.

Still, the drop rate is decent for it.

I have always found the best tech discs are in seabeds and I can't handle ult Ep 4 solo yet to see what's dropping there.

Are you interested in trading for it? It's a very nice weapon, but it's fugly and I don't do claws.
