2. The shield can be obtained by talking to the wandering merchant in the city. You can purchase it on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays for 100,000 meseta.

3. When you stop, EVP is increased by 70, and the basis DFP of your armor is increased by 50%.

4. When you walk or run, EVP and DFP remain the same.

5. Other actions make EVP decrease by 70, and the basis DFP of your armor is decreased by 50%.
