Congratulations, you have an absolutely useless item. It was a prize for the male character only White Day quest around Easter. Basically it was put into the game to be given as a gesture to someone you like. Cute for all those couples out there, but not much good for those who could care less. There was an alternate quest at Valentine's Day that was for female characters only where they received a chocolate heart for the same purpose.
