Androids normal regenrate HP when they stay still right? Well about Soul Banish and other weapons that drain HP...does that mean their HP will stay the same? Or do they drain/recover at different intervals?

Androids do not gain HP while attacking. Also, their HP gain is not that dramatic. Depending on your level, it can take a few minutes to refill your life bar.
I have a level 127 HUcaseal, who uses a Luminous Field and Yamigarasu =P
When stood still, her HP regens normally. On the move, it drains quite quickly, since the Yamigarasu and Luminous Field HP drains appear to stack.

After Lv 130, the HP regenaration of androids is fantastic, stand still and regain 1000 HP in 2 or 3 minutes.
I've never had a significant HP drain in PSO. Except for poison.You must be too worried about your HP being too little to survive an attack if a couple hp points every few seconds bothers you.. especially an android.
