If they made a pso that was close to what V3 is now, what do you think they (ST) could improve on?

Graphics
they should make something changing about how all characters run the same speed
probably some other things that I can't think of right now

graphics, new mags( BB again:P)
no new classes tho, classes are done!
a new PSO would be desperate >.> we are like on V4 already(using BB and #4)

Engine overhaul.
Better story for the new episode.
Entirely new staff that actually cares about the game and its community more than the cash they can rake in.

Basically everything PSU is except for that last one.

Wait, that's on BB? So?

If there were no bugs in PSO, it just wouldn't be PSO. If they changed the battle system, aka the WHOLE GAME, then it wouldn't be PSO (Seriously... change the system? Then we'd be playing a different game).

So, in short, PSO is perfect the way it is.
