Butterfly Net-Is the page correct?

I have noticed, on the Butterfly Net page, that it says "Chinese BB prize" (or something along those lines). Does China actually have Blue Burst, or is this a slight mistake?

Note: Not that it would impact my life if China did have Blue Burst...

China has its own set of Blue Burst servers. I recall there being a thread in General about it. One of the unique things about that version of the game is that all characters start with the same HP at level 1.
