Here're some problems that I've noticed in the Items Database:

Two of the same exact action screenshots for "Meteor Smash".
"Flower Bouquet" says it has no images.
"S-Rank Harisen" says it has no images.
"S-Rank J-Cutter" says it has no images.
"S-Rank Moon" says it has no images.
"S-Rank Needle" says it has no images.
"S-Rank Punch" says it has no images.
"Force Wall" is in the Rare Weapons database.
"Plantain Leaf" shows up as 9-stars for GC, BB & XB when it's really 10-stars.
