PSOBB: Quaetion about single player quests...

I have beaten all the forest single-player quests on BB, but none of the Cave quests are available. I know on the consoles you had to beat the dragon and talk tot he prinicpal, but all the levels are already open and the principal isn't there, so what do I do? Just beat the forest anyway?

Do the government quests (1-1, 1-2, and 1-3.) This will unlock the Cave Gov quests, and Cave tier single-player quests.

Off-topic slightly: This seems to be getting asked a lot recently, is there a guide that explains this?

No one has gone to the trouble yet of building a Blue Burst quest-tier guide.

Yeah, I looked through the guides first and couldn't find any quest guides specificlly for BB. Thanks though!

Go into "Normal" not "One Person" and you will find the principle in his office. Talk to the Pink Anime looking Chick to his left and you will get the Quest for "Hero in Red" or somthing like that. I think, but not sure all of the EPI Quest can be done solo but some of them espeically the mines 3-2 and Ruins 4-2 it is better to have help.
