If you are making a Chao mag, 20 21 20 20 is not a problem.
You'd have to raise ALL stats to 35 before panicking. Hopefully you don't mess up by then & turn it to an Ep.2 mag. ;DHeart of Chao & All Stats > 35

To avoid turning it into a epII mag at lvl140 (35/35/35/35), give one of the stat which you will keep raising AFTER it turns into a chao, for exemple if you wanted to add more power to the chao, give an extra +1 pow, so it's gonna be 35/36/35/34 at lvl140 and then raise mind to 35 to use the mag cell. Though, you have to make sure your ID doesn't turn these kind of stats to an EPII mag. For exemple, if you have it 35/36/35/34 at lvl140, make sure it's not gonna be fed by a bluefull, redria, whitill or viridia when it turns to 140 cause else def+dex = pow+mind and it's gonna turn into an EPII mag.
