The only things that stop rares from dropping are stacking and mags over lvl200

Then how come I see countless people walking around Apatite with Elenor / Elenoa, not to mention Dark (Anything). AND people are sonic, tails, and knuckles in the lobbies. Not to mention you can't get away form the modders who have the sick looking armor at level 5!

Dark Weapon's aren't banned on GC but NPCs (essentially) are; God of Equip isn't banned either.
Ah ok, thanks, makes sense now. Kind of makes me want to switch to GC version lol
