Just found a Recovery Barrier, read the description and realized it's the same as the Assist Barrier. I can't really figure out what the difference is besides the required levels to use; so I was curious to know if someone could explain it to me?

    Thanks.

Assist barrier is for Shifta/Deband Merge

Recovery Barrier is for Resta/Anti Merge

Recovery Barriers merge with resta or anti
Assist barriers merge with shifta or deband

so thats the main difference basically

A great way to remember the difference:

Resta and Anti are Recovery techniques.
Assist is a synonym for Support, Shifta and Deband are Support techniques.
