    i love Viviana but cant seem to create a good deck with her can some1 please help here whats in the deck now.

    Well this is my deck and it sorta has trouble can anyone help.

    Viviana is a pretty poor character. Her ability isn't that usefull solo, you're better off with Glustar. I say this because not only does she only have 2 MV (Glustar has 3, which is better) but you'll need a Dice Bonus of 2 to surpass Glustar's TP (he has 3). By the time you get that Dice Bonus, the game will probably be pretty much over anyway.

    A deck I used with Viviana was centered around mags, it kind of abused a couple of cards that many considered cheap.

    The basic idea was to have the same kind of deck with a teammate. Our Rukmins would fill our EXP and start giving us a Dice Bonus. Fix/Powerless Rain + Solid/Dodge is a nasty defensive combo, cheap DEF. The reason why there aren't any weapons is because of Fix, and Permission allowed us to use Techniques using the mags.

    Probably not something you'd want to use solo.

    Although Chao+ is giving you XP, it is useless otherwise, so I would ditch it - better to use Dice/Fever combined with Charity if you want to gain XP fast, and it won't take up any weapon slots.
    Shield Genbu has its uses, but like any shield with 0 attack points, it is so easy to destroy with a weapon that swaps HP/AP (eg Windmill). Not a problem if you are playing against COM, I suppose, but it is not contributing to your attacks in any way.
    You are only using 5 offensive Techs, which is pretty low for a Tech-orientated character. I would add more basic Techs to your deck.

    Also, similar to Skorps deck, there was a very popular EXP deck with Viv

    Ill try to remember what was in it.

    x8-10 Techs of your choice (I like the Zondes personally)

    x3 Decoy
    x2 resist
    x4 other Def cards

    x3 (the card that gives exp for dice rolled over 5)
    x2 dice fever

    Thats about what I remember from the deck, change it to your liking.

    Decoy, Bhima, and Brave Hammer reduce your EXP, and takes away from your dice bonus. That's counter productive.

    Skorpius makes a good point that why i dont use the platium fan having EXP Decoy and TP Rise like he said its "Counter Productive". hmm i would add simple techniques but they are hard to fit with the assist cards and all.

    True Skorp, but you actually get so much EXP, it doesn't matter.

    I have made and used this deck many times, and won most of those games.

    Perhaps if you focus a lot on her ability by using long-range Attack Actions to destroy multiple enemies quickly to gain quick dice bonuses?

    Seriously, though, she's better on 2-on-2 with Kranz (Hunters), or Memoru (Arkz). Their ability snynergize well with Viv's to give her buttloads of EXP to boost her TP with.

    You're better off using Ino'lis (Hunters) or Peko (Arkz), though. I've found their Tech ability comes quite in handy.

    In fact, it was Peko that wasted both Castor and Alpham easily.

    besides wouldnt the Brave Hammer be a bit weak

    Try to concentrate on straight tech enhancer and attacks. Bequethe is useless. The thing with Vivi is that, again, she is not really worth the solo such as glustar, but I think you should try using mahu with tech enhancers such as concetration and use small but fast spells. Also Ino'lis is good cos of tech, so Vivi is kinda complex.
