How do i get in the closed beta?

Are people using american windows xp for beta also?

Too late to apply for the beta, deadline was april 17th. And yes ppl here use an american win xp for it. If I'm not mistaken they just have to change the language setting in regional settings.

dang i never bother with trying to sign up because i heard you HAD to have a win xp japan pc and some sega account that require a payment option or somthen how exactly are people getting in?

Again, there are ways to change the language settings to let you see & read JP text on an English PC. Also, there are members who can read & write JP. That's how some managed to get in.
