ive gotten two ALs in one run... i dont have enough hours in ult under my belt to have the chance to see one yet...
but yeah, its totaly random. But i bet the quest # of rappys helped your chances a bit

The assumed rare enemy rate is 1/512. Each rappy has a 1/512 chance of being rare. 3 in 2 runs of FiY is very lucky.

Yes it is, and your pretty lucky if you ask me. Just hope your luck doesn't run out though.
ya, i tried it two more times and found nothing, not that i expected anything because its a hard chance
