Regarding Drop Rates On The JP Version

I own the Japanese version of PSO 1&2 for Gamecube, but after getting to lvl 55, comleting all difficulties exept ultimate, i havent found a sigle rare, except a Photon Drop

Does anyone know what he drop rates are for rares? do you even find them? i really want to knao, as i want to find AT LEAST a Db's Saber, on the PAL version, i found plenty

Its definitly not a hacked mag, ive never cheated, and never will, im just wondering, it must be very unlucky, my brother has a char, and my friend does, on my memcerd, but they havent found any either, strange, when i had the pal version, i had the luck to find all the Yasminkov seiries, for my brother, a Sealed J Sword, and a NUG2000 Bazooka, also for my brother
